Expanding on biochemical foundations, Advanced Graduate Biochemistry will develop the molecular underpinnings of metabolism, metabolic control, protein structure, enzyme kinetics, and mechanism. In addition, modern topics and methods will be discussed and analyzed in weekly journal discussions based on individual student interest.
