L.MAP 560 - Leadership & Organizational Development

Building on L.MAP 550’s emphasis on group dynamics, this course will apply these ideas to the organizational level. Students will also study methods of exercising leadership and creating positive change in organizations. Topics will include both historical and contemporary theories of leadership, strategies for organizational development, and ethical decision-making in organizations.
