L.MDS 505 - Disability and the Law

Several laws relate to individuals with disabilities including PL 94-142 (IDEA and IDEIA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the Fair Housing Act. These laws, as well as several Supreme Court rulings will be studied with the intent to seek ways to improve legal protections and policy initiatives for individuals with disabilities. Summer/Fall
