L.BUS 358 - L.I.F.E: Portfolio Applications I

This course applies financial theory to the actual management of an investment portfolio for the Loras College endowment. Students will learn fundamental valuation techniques including Dividend Discount Modeling, Free Cash Flow modeling, and Relative Valuation techniques. Students will also perform screens on current and potential investments to insure those investments align with Loras College values. Students present their work in written and oral form to an Advisory Board of financial professionals.
