L.MDS 585 - Disability in Education This course provides an examination of disability within the context of education, grounded in the principles of Disability Studies. Students will explore how societal attitudes, policies, and practices impact the educational experiences of individuals with disabilities. The course challenges traditional deficit models of disability and instead promotes an understanding of disability as a social construct. Spring
