Explore the requisite legal and ethical issues most applicable to the coaching profession. The legal component will include federal legislation and applicable cases on discrimination and labor law. Also includes information on the topics of negligence, contract law, due process and governing bodies. The ethical component will apply Catholic social teaching principles to a myriad of issues coaches are likely to encounter in their profession.
