L.BIO 520 - Advanced Cellular and Molecular Biology

This is an advanced course which focuses on the molecular biology of cells as a unifying theme, with topics such as developmental biology, the nervous system, the immune system, and plant biology being discussed as examples of more general principles. Special attention is given to human diseases and how they disrupt individual cell function and to advanced understanding of cellular and molecular topics important for premedical students.
