L.BIO 525 - Bioethics Credits: 3
This course will introduce students to the fundamental principles of bioethics while challenging them to engage in intellectually responsible ethical reasoning and decision making, which is in dialogue with both historical and contemporary moral perspectives developed within moral philosophy and moral theology. Students will apply ethical frameworks and principles to issues and cases that arise within the biomedical sciences. As such, they will learn to critically read and analyze moral perspectives, ethical justifications, and case studies. Fall Semesters
