This course will build on the self-skills emphasized in Intra-Professional Competency and moves to a focus on professional skills in the workplace environment when working with others. Students will focus on professional skills such as interpersonal interactions, giving performance feedback, presentation skills, grant-writing. (pending curriculum committee approval)
