L.SMG 394 - Sport Management Internship

Credits: 3-12

This is a tiered experiential course designed for students to apply and enhance what they have learned in the classroom. Students must complete 50 hours at a sport management site, arranged by the student and approved by the sport management faculty, per academic credit. Coursework will foster professional development and reflection on the Loras College dispositions. The experience is structured around learning outcomes and may be completed in three credit increments or multiple three credits sections concurrently.
Prerequisite: L.SMG 150; 2.0 GPA and Sophomore Standing or Instructor Permission
