The arts are an integral part of human experience, and can be powerful agents of helping, healing, discovery and change. This course investigates visual arts, dance/movement, music, writing, and drama in pursuit of grounding and mindfulness, compassion and care, adaptability and flexibility. We do not have to be great artists to appreciate creation, expression, and process over perfection.
