L.BIO 240 - Plant Biology

A course designed to introduce students to the basic biology of members of the plant kingdom, primarily the vascular plants. Major topical coverage will include evolution, reproduction, physiology, anatomy, developmental morphology, ecology and systematics. Minor topical coverage will include discussion of other photosynthetic groups and plant allies.
Prerequisite: L.BIO 116 or equivalent
