L.CHE 350 - Biophysical Chemistry

This course treats systematically the fundamental laws and theories of chemistry from a biochemical perspective. An extended treatment is given of the laws of thermodynamics, the physical transformations of pure substances, the properties of mixtures, phase and chemical equilibrium, and kinetics.
Prerequisite: L.CHE 112 or L.CHE 245; L.MAT 150 or above; L.PHY 210 and L.PHY 211, or L.PHY 223 and L.PHY 224
